Just finished the game, absolutely LOVED it. I fell for the story and the character and just wow too good. Then I started watching the anime. ... ... What the hell. The creators of the anime just unabashedly spat on everything I loved about the game! What's wrong with these people? Welkin was transformed from an inquisitive scholar with a unique outlook on things, into a head-in-the clouds moron, and Alicia went from a girl with doubts about her ability to contribute and a strong-willed yet soft-hearted attitude, into a stuck-up (pardon me) BITCH. I can't stand when anime creators see it fit to skew a story so much to their liking like if the material was theirs to begin with and whatever they do it is to their discretion. It was GREAT the way it was, leave it the hell alone. *breathe pant* Anyway, I guess I'll give it a chance, since the game was so great. I'll trudge through what I completely disagree with just to support the brand. Honestly though I don't like where it's head, especially with the preview for next EP showing Alicia slapping Welkin hard in the face. I mean, I could fly with it... but it NEVER happened... so yea, we'll see. I'm hoping "character development" will somehow see then fit in to their actual personalities, but the whole slapping thing kind of puts me off to it.
